Declaration for giving consent for personal data processing according to art. 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

I agree that my personal data, namely three names, address and email address are processed by a contract for a ordered transport service. I give my consent for the period necessary for the implementation of the per-contractual or contractual relationship between me and MARVIK TRADE EOOD, and then for the shorter of: 1) the envisaged period for storage of contractual documents under tax and accounting legislation of Bulgaria or 2 ) for a period of 5 years.I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by declaring it in violation of my rights, and that my request may not be granted if it is contrary to the legal obligations of the administrator or the public interest.
